How to make a "glimpse" permanent

There is a specific frustration that comes after a spiritual awakening.

You’ve had the glimpse. You’ve had that moment where the noise stopped, the separation dissolved, and you felt total peace. You know it’s real.

But then, it faded. Old patterns crept back in. The mind started chatting again. And now you are left with the burning question:

"What do I actually DO to get back there and stay there?"

If you want to stabilize that experience and move toward permanent self-realization, here are the three paths. You don't need to overcomplicate it.

1. The Path of Surrender

This is about total acceptance. Be okay with everything that happens. If anxiety comes up, be okay with it. If you find yourself not being okay with it, then be okay with the fact that you aren't okay. By doing this, everything hidden will come up, be processed, and leave. You will be free.

2. The Path of Observation

Meditate. Whether you focus intensely or totally relax your attention, the goal is the same: See everything that happens and be fully okay with it. Don't push it away, don't pull it closer. Just watch.

3. The Path of Seeing Through

Realize that thoughts (labels, concepts, stories) are illusions. They don't have solidity; they just point to things.

Notice that "holding on" is just a thought.

Notice that "I need to do this" is just a thought.

Notice that "I am this person" is just a thought.

Drop the thoughts and just be with what is left—the raw sensations. Allow them fully, feel them without needing to "do" anything with them.

How to apply this:

You can pick the method that resonates most with you and go deep. Or, for maximum potency, combine them.

If you hit a massive wall or hindrance, that is normal. That is when you might use a specific healing modality—like plant medicine, energy work, therapy, or coaching—to dislodge the block so you can return to the process.

But remember the ultimate truth:

These instructions are for the part of you that wants to "get" somewhere. The reality is that you are already okay. You are already good enough. You are already Source.

You are simply processing the layers that make you forget that.
